Return Policy: NordicTrack Ultra 1
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 30 days of your delivery date. Returns will include a non-refundable return shipping charge of $250 and 10% processing fee on the purchase price. Once the product ships, the fees will be applied and you are no longer able to cancel your order without incurring the fees. Any completed service is also non-refundable. Our ultimate goal is to deliver what you want, and we are willing to work with you to ensure the process is as smooth as possible.
All products must be returned in good condition, with all paperwork, parts, and accessories, or an additional 10% charge may be incurred.
